Wiliam Cooke is a Property Investor and Entrepreneur. As the CEO of Sobu Property he is working to expand the company’s property portfolio. In addition to new property acquisition, Will actively oversees all aspects of Sobu. He was instrumental in the conversion of Sobu House from the original Victorian period property to a unique collection of luxury flats which has received wide acclaim. Will is directly involved in the company’s overall development from deal evaluation, analysis, pre-development planning to construction.

Debra is second in charge and primarily responsible for finance and marketing, from deal structure at acquisition stage to end product, presentation, and finalisation. She is often seen accompanying William on another one of his new ideas or ventures.

Robert is the first port of call when deciding on a project. In charge of the full breadth of planning and delivery, this includes pre and full planning applications, building regulations, specification drawings, and project management. A wonderful mix of creative and commercial, his expertise is invaluable.

Mark is the man who makes it all happen, scaling up or down when needed. From planning the project and choosing the right team for it, to being present with a watchful eye every step along the way, and to the final delivery on time and on budget.
